Cargo bed

The rear passenger seats fold up and slide forward.

  • Never carry passengers in the cargo bed.
  • Do not exceed the specified maximum load limits. Heavier cargo could cause loss of control because of improper weight balance.

Moving a rear seat forward

  1. Pull the rear of the seat cushion to lift it up.

  2. While pulling the seat lock lever, slide the seat forward completely until it locks in place.

  3. Remove the seat belt buckle storage compartment cover and place the buckles in the compartment.

  4. Install the seat belt buckle storage compartment cover.

Moving a rear seat to its original position

  1. Open the seat belt buckle storage compartment cover and lift up the seat belt buckles.

  2. Install the seat belt buckle storage compartment cover.

  3. While pulling the seat lock lever, slide the seat rearward completely until it locks in place.

  4. Place the seat cushion in its original position.

Opening and closing the tailgate

The tailgate is not designed to hold heavy loads when open. The tailgate could collapse if you put heavy cargo or sit on it.

To open

  1. Pull the latch, and then lower the tailgate.

To close

  1. Lift the tailgate to the original position, and then push the tailgate to securely lock it in place.
